Excellent service and no chemicals.
I actually was able to get same day service.( not expected). Everyone from office staff to Michael the service tech who preformed the work was professional, informative and personalble. I didnt feel pressured to clean the grout and Michael did a good sized test spot to see what results we could get first. Michael listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave an up front quote before the work started. I had both carpet and grout cleaned. The results were indeed above what i expected. The capet color is back and no chemical feel. I will use Zerorez in the future. Thank you Zerorez!

They are wonderful, the flat carpet from old apartment cleaners came up and feels soft on your feet, you can see your footprint. The black spots that were always there are now gone! I love them, heard Mercedes on 94.1 radio recommend zerorez and decided to try them. I will definitely use them again, no more apartment cleaners!

Chris Deek and his assistant were exceptionally well kept, prepared and professional! They were very courtesy and gave a solid explanation of service and what I should expect.
I will highly recommend them to friends and colleagues in need of carpet and floor cleaning....in fact I will be calling back soon to request his services in our new house once we get the boxes out of the way!

The operator was extremely friendly and conscientious.

My carpets looked the cleanest they have in years and they were dry in several hours.
The techs are wonderful everytime! The product is excellent!
Several people I talked to were surprised that your company expects the customer to do the vacuuming prior to the cleaning. They are older and would like to have someone else do that job.
Efficient, friendly technicians, great customer service, and they tell you about the extras, which are usually resonable, but dont push it hard to be annoying.
