I was not told it would take 3 weeks for me to get my rugs back. I was expecting a week and would not have sent them had I known as I was having company.
I have used Zerorez many times but I was not pleased with the service personnel on this most recent visit. He started the visit by saying our 3 year old carpet was cheap and we should have purchased better carpet, 100% nylon. Then when I asked about the $25.00 gas card that was referenced in the advertisement he never provided it or explained why. Not your best service.

No harsh chemicals. Technician was polite and courteous. Carpets did not take long to dry. Technician did an excellent job.

My carpet always looks brand new after you have finished. I wouldn't use any other company. I even posted on Facebook how great me carpet looked. With 2 dogs and a grand-dog, we need a company like this!!!

I have been using Zerorez for 3 years. I have been extremely happy with the service and results until the last cleaning. I had to call for a follow up on a few spots. On the second visit they went over the spots that were not taken care of on the first visit. The spots are still visible and the carpet is stiff in those areas. This is the first time I have been disappointed in zerorez results. In visits past they got every spot off with no problems. I want to add that both employees who came out were very courteous and hardworking.
The tech was very informative and thorough. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

Our carpet looks brand new! Will and his crew did an amazing job. They were right on time, and even called to let us know they were on their way. Once they got to the house they got right to it and explained everything in detail. They were extremely professional and efficient. They made sure they answered all our questions before they left. my initial evaluation was based on my frustration with the response I got from the office when I called to report the problem I was having the day after having my carpets cleaned. I felt like someone should stop over and see what I was talking about. I was told by the lady that there was no one available that Tuesday and that the best she could offer me was a Wednesday appointment with a three hour window. My understanding is that my evaluation only went against the carpet cleaners themselves, who truly had not done anything wrong. the carpets looked great when they left but only as they dried did the stains appear.
The cleaner that returned told me that I should have called him, which I had tried twice on the phone number he had called me from to say he was on his way the first day. The problem, two fold, he did not pick up and his voice mail box was full so I was unable to reach him. Had he answered and stopped by to see the problem I was having, I would not have overreacted and given a poor review.
I do believe that your office staff should have at least called the guy in the field and given him the option of checking in with me, instead I was dismissed and told I had to wait.
my problem truly was with the way the office handled my call and NOT with the way the guy cleaned my carpets
