I had used another company and the carpets didn't get cleaned. Was very pleased with how the carpets came out with Zerorez. very satisfied will use again in the future.
Chris and Reggie called within the time window stated and on the early side. Chris explained the process as well as the more advanced cleaning which my carpet needed so I opted for that.They both were very pleasant and thorough and outside of Reggie being a Yankee fan it was a very pleasant experience! (Haha).

Yes I would like to have Juan and his partner at my house again. We talked about doing a lot of things here at my home; however, I just cannot afford all at once. I would like to have my air ducts cleaned and granite counter tops buffed out and sealed. I know if I BUNDLE services we can work together on a fair price. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. We also talked about cleaning the tile and Juan took measurements.
That my Carpets don’t feel like there’s a heavy residue left over it doesn’t take forever for it to dry and the quality of service that we get each time

Our carpets and tile look amazing. I don’t think they have looked this good since we bought the house. Michael was an excellent technician. He walked through the house with me and listened to all of my concerns about specific areas of the house and suggested special treatments to get rid of both high traffic and pet stains. He finished in under an hour, which was MUCH faster than I anticipated. We will definitely use ZeroRez again in the future!
