Zach and Connor were exceptional workers. Your equipment seems more advanced than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. My carpets are cleanest ever have been! And the drying time was as stated about 6 hours.
Carpets were wet for literally days almost an entire week. And I swear my carpets look worse like big black spots have formed on my carpet where there was not even dirt before. I suspect I have mold growth due to the carpets being left way too wet. Not at all happy.

The technicians were friendly and. Wet conscientious about getting my pet stains out. Will definitely use your services again. Juan also told me how he could get the stains out of my porous floor stone work. I will call next month to schedule that service

One week later the carpet look great it dried within a few hours. They were on time and the technician was very professional explained everything he was going to do.
My floors came out looking good. The grout cleaned up nicely. The rugs also came out looking good.

I had my dryer vent cleaned. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and informative. I have already referred to a number of friends and will also have them back to clean my carpets!
Jeremy handled himself in a truly professional manner. He showed PEC very well. P, being that he was very Patient establishing trust in the deal, E for Education that he showed great knowledge regarding the services he provided. And finally, C, he Communicated very well, not only in the verbiage provided on his behalf representing Zerorez, however, also in the listening aspect of communication whereas nothing was overlooked on behalf of the customer.
At present, plans are to have Jeremy come out to our residence within the next 3 - 6 months to provide his excellent service.
