I talked to someone over the phone and received an estimate on the price for cleaning our carpets. I knew the price would probably go up but my husband and I were not expecting the price to go from $232 to well over $600!
We were told to vacuum all carpets and to move what we could. To make a long story short pretty much everything I was told over the phone was not what we got. My husband and I did everything that we were told to do to get ready for the carpet cleaners the following day.
Leslie came and inspected our carpets and at first she seemed quiet but then when she started quoting us a price she became extremely agitated and I felt like I was talking to a Drill Sargent! She did step outside to have the conversation on the phone listened to by someone in the office. What she told me was not what I had said on the phone. It would have been nice if I could have heard the conversation also.
My husband and I had to do some serious thinking on this not only because of the price but because of the way we were treated. We then decided to go ahead and have the carpets cleaned.
After the cleaning was the only time Leslie was a little bit nicer but she told me that she was used to walking into homes where people were not honest....maybe that is why she seems to be on guard from the very beginning. She did give me her card and wrote her personal phone number on it for me and told me to call if we had any problems at all. The following day when my husband and I were moving our recliner we noticed that she did not clean under the chair completely. My husband was extremely upset and asked me to call and have this corrected. I called Leslie and she told me she cleaned it which was not true. She just missed a spot and it would have been nice if she would have just been honest and said maybe she missed a little swipe but she seems to always be in the 'right' and the customer will always be in the wrong. She then asked me what I wanted to do about this. I told her I would like to have the spot cleaned. My husband called to make the appointment to have it cleaned.
I am writing this because to be completely honest you do NOT want to hear what my husband has to say about this matter or about Leslie.
It was a mess from the very beginning and we will never use your services again or refer anyone to you.

That you use a chemical free cleaning process.
We asked if the very minimal furniture in 3 bedrooms were going to be raised in order to be cleaned underneath them. We were quickly assured, “yes”. However, one piece of furniture was raised onto plastic blocks and nothing else was. As a result, absolutely no cleaning was performed under dressers or beds. The previous associate raised every piece of furniture and thoroughly cleaned every corner of carpet. He even went back over an area in one bedroom he felt could be cleaned better. This associate was in and out of my house very quickly because it was the end of his day and wanted to be done and did the bare minimum. He did not clean the closets even though we asked if they would be and removed all the items off the floor to expedite the process and it still wasn’t done. The first time we had our carpets cleaned by zerorez there was minimal moisture left on the carpet. This time they were soaking for wet through the following day. I’m not satisfied with the quality I received or the condition my carpets have been left in.
Chris and Steve did a wonderful job. They were both friendly and professional. I did not think it was possible to get my carpets so clean ever again. Thank you so much. I have been tell everyone I know about the great job they did.

The guys did a fantastic job and were very friendly!
I liked how Jeremiah explained the process and options to me. He did a thorough clean of the carpeted rooms. The carpet didn't feel stiff like I have experienced after other cleaning companies did the rooms.

I love that after my carpets are cleaned they don't have that stuff texture they get with other cleaners. They're is really no redid left behind and they stay cleaner longer!

There were a few spots I noticed on the stair landing after everything dried that might need extra attention next time. Other than that, I was very satisfied.
After the tile cleaning there was a film or residue all over all of the tile. The floor needed to be mopped to clean the tile. It is frustrating to pay to have your floors cleaned only to end up cleaning them yourself the same day.
