I love that your co. doesnt use harsh chemicals, no residue is left behind, and I loved how easy it was to book a carpet cleaning! Lastly, I was super impressed with how quickly you could come out and clean my carpets. Awesome customer service. I loved the guy who came out and serviced our carpets...super friendly and professional.

I appreciate that the technicians showed up on time. However they were a bit unprofessional. One of the technicians showed up to my open door talking on his phone for a good 5 minutes as i waited for him to finish and then he mentioned to the person on the phone that I had cameras and I was watching him. I feel that I was way overcharged for the same service quoted to me over the phone and the job was not very good. I own a Rug Doctor machine and the job done on my carpeting was similar to that of my machine. Not what I expect from pros. They did do a very good job on the tile which made me happy. I did think it was weird that the tech asked to use my bathroom but I guess when you gotta go you gotta go. Anyway I will continue to use my previous rug person who did a much better job for half the price.
Very knowledgeable representative, explained process and answered all questions. Got to appointment quickly and completed timely.

Mr Jeremiah Robinson was terrific. He did a wonderful job on our carpets. On time, actually early, and very pleasant to work with. Without question, considering him and the work he did, we would absolutely recommend Zeroez.
