After 24 hours not any better than less expensive carpet cleaners. $257 much too expensive. Walkways possibly improved 10%. Dirt Still visible.
False advertising. Say one price to get you to call, then they add on a bunch of fees, doubling the price

Friendly tech. Great cleaning. Only use Zerorez since we moved to Vegas. Several friends and neighbors now use.
The technician was warm and friendly and explained everything. I booked under a promo that included multiple rooms and an area of tile. Because the carpeted area downstairs was less than the total square feet of the rooms I was told I would get a pre- treatment in its place. ( may not be the correct term) overall the carpet looks good and dried quickly, but the area in my dining area looks exactly the same.
David was very professional and up front with us about the issues we had with the condition of our carpet. He took his time and focused on the bad areas. His care resulted in an AMAZING finished product.
We enjoy the high quality of service (including customer service) and the health/safety aspect of the products which do not harm our pets.

I have had other companies clean my carpets; however once I got your company to do it the rugs came out much cleaner than the other rug cleaning companies. After my carpet was dried, it’s super crunchy and the smell isn’t that great.... it has a slight urine/cleaner smell.
The technician left a huge puddle of water one front entry way where I have fake hardwood floors.
I don’t think I’ll use or recommend zerorez

Luis did a great job cleaning my bedroom carpet. However, when given the price of my throw rugs throughout the rest of the house, the price was ridiculous!! I then gave him your ad showing that any room would be around $39.00 I believe. I threw the ad away. He gave me the total price which also included a service charge of another $99.00 just to come out. After he called your management, they charged me $49.00 so I went ahead with just the bedroom carpet, omitting all the throw rugs.
You flyer is very deceptive .
My carpet looks brand new! Victor was extremely prompt, polite and professional. He explained all the options we had for cleaning and did not pressure us with a long sales pitch. He was quick and efficient and was finished before we knew it. I will use Zerorez again and have been telling everybody I know to give them a shot.
Love that I was able to get same day service! My tech was so polite, came in and got the job done just as I asked- it looked great, and with no chemical smell! I’m really happy with my cleaning!
