You cleaned one small area of carpet and it lasted about 48 hours. My carpet is now less than a week later and looks like it did last week prior to you coming. That was the biggest waste of money ever.

We will see. I had carpets cleaned about 2 months ago, the carpets returned to its original state. So i just had a new recleaning this week. I was out of the warranty period, i was told. I paid again for the stair case again. So i am watching. Disappointed so far. If this second time works, then the first time, something went wrong
