GOOD JOB, FAIR PRICE
Very disappointed with the pricing. I guess you get the people by charging more for pretreatment than you do for the cleaning. Seems outrageous and the stains are still there and the carpet smells worse now that you cleaned it. Will not use this service again.
Hello, I found your tech Steve to be very helpful courteous as well as personable. Thank you for sending such an efficient person to my home. He honored everything I asked of him he left a very clean house.
On a personal note I have two different places clean by your company within a two day period. I found both Patrick and Steve to be especially pleasant exceptionally good at what they do. Thank you for the services that you offer and Steve even took the time to explain why the water that uses different. As someone is always curious scientifically I found that very interesting and informative.

There is no better carpet cleaner than Zero Rez Scott was my technician he was absolutely wonderful did great job for me I will continue to use Zero Rez and recommend them because they never disappoint.

The technician was friendly and professional and the carpet cleaned up well without any strong chemical smell. The next day the house smelled fresh with just a hint of orange. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

My appointment was scheduled for 10 to 12 noon and after many calls, the tech finally arrived after 2:00 p.m. I was told they would call me back, only to me calling the company three times before a field supervisor called and said he would get someone over to me. He said the problem was the job prior to mine took 5 hours. Not my problem, they should have let me know so I could reschedule. I had to stick around until the carpet was semi-dry to put everything back. This has not been my experience in the past, however, this time was a bit too much of a wait and extra hours for me at work.
Having dogs, we won't use caustic chemicals to clean anything. Zerorez is the perfect solution . the technician was prompt, super nice and even liked my dogs. He made old carpet look good as new! I appreciate him leaving extra booties for us to wear while carpet dried. He got the stone floor grout clean as new. Highly recommend Zerorez

The 2 young men from Zerorez were very professional and informative about carpet care; they worked efficiently and quickly. The carpets were dry to the touch in about 4 hours; we moved furniture back the next day.
I expected a bill of about $107, but after the upcharges and suggested additional services, the final bill was $329. I guess that scares some prospective customers off....
