The carpets looked great, especially the stairs. I had seen the 100 square feet of tile and grout cleaned for free on the Zerorez website. So I mentioned it to the tech and he said there was a little more than 100 square feet and asked if I wanted to pay extra for the rest. I agreed to and after he left I checked the floors... to find that none of the tile and grout had been cleaned. I wouldn't have minded if it had been free anyway, but I actually paid extra for it. It was obvious he hadn't touched the floors at all. I genuinely liked the carpet cleaning, but why even promote the tile and grout cleaning if it won't be done? Especially charging extra for it, was very dishonest.
I apologize for your experience with your service. I will escalate this to management and have them contact you about this incident. We do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I can set you up for a re-cleaning?

Sales guy was extremely pushy. My daughter is 15 and was home for the cleaning, she called and told me the price had doubled. I spoke with the rep and he went over why the price I doubled. I told him I just want basic but I would have my mom call and he can go over with her. She as well told him no that we would do basic. He then proceeds during the cleaning to try and bait my daughter into a service that the adults already told him no. She told him my mom and grandma told you no and I will not authorize something they do not want. Due to this I will never use your service ever again.
