Easy and fast to schedule. Workers are always very professional and helpful. I don’t like being overcharged or asked to add things I didn’t need. Had to get the price corrected per advertisement. $29/ room not $33. larger family room so paid more. Plus master closet.
Take a little longer on rooms when you don't have the whole area to clean. Often we can't move large furniture in rooms where the whole area would be cleaned for the price quoted so it would be nice if the techs would consider that when cleaning the traffice areas only. Other company's include the hallway for free when getting a 3 room rate.

The service was very professional with superb results. The Zerorez employee was very attentive in his explanations and answering questions. I had carpets cleaned with some treatments in 3 rooms and had upholstery cleaning done on several pieces of furniture. Very happy with results.
