Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. His professionalism sets the experience apart from a regular cleaning.
My only issue is the normal sale process of up selling. It’s unfortunate that my 24sq feet of bathroom was considered another room and had an additional charge. I went in expecting to pay one amount from booking the cleaning to paying almost 100% more.

Luis the employee that did the job! He's a fine young man, hard worker, honest and knows his products! He is very professional and does the job like it's suppose to be done, no cutting corners. I had my carpet, tiles, and a bit upholstery done. Every job gets a 10+ rating. For Luis, as a company I'd do everything possible to keep this young man happy! He's a diamond in the rough, very hard to come by these days, totally gives 110%. Honestly, he would be the reason why I'd return, your products are also good! I was very happy with the service and your guys that did the job. Before we started we noticed several areas with the black light where pet stains were. The carpets look great but i can still see the stains with a black light. Is this normal? I thought with doing the special treatment on the pet areas that those stains would be gone. Other than that i am happy.
Carpet is clean and it felt good seeing the carpet clean again. Marcus did the work and he was on time and knew what your products would do and explained everything. He is a good employee. I would not hesitate having Zerorez and Marcus again for the next cleaning.

We waited too long to have our carpets cleaned I thought. The travel corridors were almost black which didn't seem to bother Zachary. He showed my the inside of the truck and how the system worked, opened the water vat so i could feel the softness of the water. I figured the soft water was a gimmick to be different from your competitors but to our amazement the carpets came out fantastic. I asked my neighbor who he uses for his cleaning and he texted the name and number but, he added that another neighbor (widowed lady) told him about your company stating she's used them all and your were the best. So here we are. My neighbor saw our outcome and will be calling you shortly. Again we were very impressed with Zachary. He's young only his second job and was very knowledgeable, polite and I think he's an asset to your company. When we get our tile floors cleaned he's the whipper snapper who we'll request

Zerorez was absolutely fantastic. From the moment that I called the company it was quality customer service. The intake person was quite pleasant. She was kind courteous and wanted to make sure that my carpet needs would be met. The nice woman that came and cleaned the carpet was the utmost professional. She worked diligently to make sure that the carpet looked amazing. And amazing was and understatement. Our carpet looked like it was just put in. It had the new carpet feel once again. All I can say is bravo to you and your company. I wish more companies would be so customer service oriented..

I also sensed professionalism in your organization from the time I set up the appointment to the completion of the job of which I was well-pleased. The cost of the work and the description of the cleaning to be done were clearly explained and listed in writing by service tech Chris Deak. The individual who recommended your company had heard your company had high ratings, but pricey. However, I am glad I selected your company. I’m all for thoroughness and cleanliness.
