I wanted to say Thank you, My family and I enjoyed how good are our carpets look and smell and they feel great. Your team did an amazing job as soon as they arrived the gentlemen Explained the whole routine from start to finish and I appreciate that because I want to know what is going to be used and is it safe for my family and pets and to know you don’t use harsh soaps that do nothing but sometimes hurt pets or collect more dirt is amazing to us. thank you for that. So I would be happy to call you again when I or family or even friends or co-workers need their carpets cleaned. Your whole team were friendly and professional from the very first phone call. The young Lady I spoke with I believe it was Andrea if I am wrong I do apologize but from that first call she made the whole experience relaxing and I didn’t feel rushed and that is a big deal with me so you can be sure you will be hearing from me again to use your teams services again.

Zero Rez was able to handle all my needs, carpet, tile and upholstered furniture. Everything looks great and the price was reasonable.

Louis showed up ahead of schedule. He called to let us know before hand. He had a neat and professional demeanor. We went over the scope of work and we were in complete agreement before cleaning the carpet.

You cleaned one small area of carpet and it lasted about 48 hours. My carpet is now less than a week later and looks like it did last week prior to you coming. That was the biggest waste of money ever.
Chris did an excellent job on our carpeting. We are very satisfied and would definitely ask for him the next time we need anything cleaned. We have used your services many times over the years and he is the best!!!! Thanks Chris and Zerorez!!!!
