We have only used Zerorez for the last 10 years because the rugs look fantastic and the amount of drying time is minimal. Our rugs are 18 years old and we are amazed how much they come alive after a cleaning from Zerorez. We had Zach yesterday and he was the ultimate professional and also spoke highly of the company as an employee for almost 3 years. Keep up the good work!

I called and got a quote for 5 rooms, 1 hallway, and a flight of stairs. Was quoted $320. Upon the representative taking a look at the carpets he quoted me upwards of $600 for treatments and such. Obviously shocked by the increase in price advised I could not go over $400. Was able to reduce the price to $400 and limited treatments. I understand there is only so much you can do but after spending $400 on carpet cleaning I wouldn't think I would still see pet stains. I have used zero rez in the past and was pleased with the service but this time around I feel as though I was ripped off. I will definitely try someone new in the future.
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. The booking logs show that you were booked for $251.95 for 5 room, 1 hallway and a flight of stairs as well as a free room of bio treatment. The reason for the brush pro, bio treatment is that our technicians are trained to inspect the carpets to make sure that we apply the best cleaning method for your service. If they spot an area that our traditional cleaning method of pretreat clean and sanitize will not take care of, they have to let you know of a method that will as well as inform you of what they can do to meet your cleaning needs. In this case the brush pro, and bio treatment was recommended, which is an affective method of cleaning those areas. The Maxim protectant is an additional service that protects the fibers of your carpet, which is something our technicians recommend if they believe that it would be beneficial for your carpets, usually because of possible stains that might occur in the future. Our technicians are trained to offer services that they stand behind for their cleaning, we will waive any service that you do not want or feel uncomfortable with at the time of the purchase. We do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I can set you up for a re-cleaning? For now, I will escalate this to management and have them contact you about this incident.
Couldn't tell that the carpets were even cleaned after technician left. He didn't have the proper equipment to work on the tile but he did clean extra stairs to make up for it. All in all it wasn't worth the price.
