Zerorez has gotten my grout and carpet cleaner than any other company. Also since I have asthma, I like that there is no smell. With another company my husband and I had to leave the house for the night because of my asthma.

Being a dog owner I appreciate that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals in the cleaning process yet they manage to do a great job getting the carpet clean. If I have one complaint it’s the cost to clean my wool area rug. From what I witnessed there is no difference in the method of cleaning yet the cost is about 3 times the price of cleaning my bedroom carpet. Seems a bit excessive.

The only thing that keeps me from rating a 10 is price. You're expensive. I wanted my sofa sectional done too but was told the starting price was $250. Others have done it for $50 to $100. Didn't surprise me with all the advertising you do. But the product and service is great. thanks

The carpet took about 12 hours to dry....under whelmed with result.
My carpets look and smell Amazing!! My dog had peed everywhere and I just could not get them clean enough on my own. My whole house was done in about an hour and the carpets were dry in just a few hours. I know I’ll be calling you back because I’ll always have pets.
I was charged $70 more for pet spots and was told that the product I was charged for would get rid of the pee smell . It didn’t work in our front room ! They did a good job and were friendly , but the smell of pee is still there .

You really can’t tell how good a job was done until it dries and I noticed several spots that could use another cleaning pass and one spot that was located behind a door that was still really dirty.

Your price was out of line. It cost me 500.00 plus for 3 area rugs.
I feel I was ripped off. My fault for agreeing to it. One rug had a bed on it so it wasn't even a whole rug.😒
