My upstairs carpets look ok, but downstairs livingroom and great room looked worse after you cleaned them than before. There is no way I would let you try to fix this. I called my regular carpet cleaner and he did the amazing job he's always done. I thought I would give you guys a try so my house would not smell all day. That turned out to be an expensive, albeit educational, mistake.
Professional staff and save/clean products used as much as possible.

Absolutely awesome, had a very very dirty couch and when it didnt get all the way clean they came back out and treated it again. Super friendly and always on time.

I’ve always used zero but this time the last cleaner was horrible. He didn’t even move the small night stands, he didn’t move the couch out. His attention to details were horrible to the point I stopped telling my friends how good zero was. He didn’t even do the small carpets just worried about getting out fit the money.
My previous cleaners from zero were superb it’s the reason I’ve always used them. This guy just gave me the feeling of a used car salesmen and I was completely disappointed

they did what they could with our carpet. it did look pretty good when they got done. it may do better next time if we have them do the brushes.

Zerorez have a very talented and professional crew. They respond as fast as can be expected to accidental mishaps so they can work on any damage. General cleaning is so thorough that my rugs and furniture looked almost new. I wouldn’t use any other company after my experience with them last September.
