We had such a fantastic experience with ZeroRez! The staff was kind, upbeat, and courteous. The techs were respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. I have absolutely no regrets or concerns. I only wish we had requested to do the entire house. We will definitely be using them again in the near future! My carpets look incredible!!!

Carpets look, feel and smell clean and fresh. No soap feel. Able to easily schedule an appointment at the time I wanted. The technician was excellent. Worked very hard and the rugs looked spectacular.

The young man that cleaned the carpet only seemed interested in getting the job done and not how clean he was getting the carpet. He ran the cleaner over the area back and forth 1 time each way and he was done. I asked him to please go over a couple of areas a couple more times. When it dried it was not as clean as it should have been in my eyes. The price he charged was more than double of what I was quoted, this happened on a previous clean also.
I'm not really satisfied with the job performed. Actually fairly disappointed.
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. In the meantime, we do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I would like to set you up for a re-cleaning to get this taken care of for now. As for the experience from our technician, I will escalate this to management and have them contact you about this incident.
Scheduling was easy and service was in a couple days. Tech was friendly and thorough and explained the different options I could choose from. Carpets looked much cleaner and overall were much better than the last company I used. I definitely recommend this service and will use them again when it's time to clean the carpets again.

They did an excellent job and were very friendly. I'm a little bummed I had to pay an unexpected $100 for pet stains but i suppose that's the life of a pet owner. I would for sure use Zerorez again next year.

I usually pay +/- $300 for my carpets to be cleaned; it was over $600 due to the charges for my area rugs. Rather than hang wet rugs all over my backyard I said we could clean them in place. The edges of the throw rugs were lifted to clean a portion of the carpet below. Doesn't seem like a lot of work for the amount of money charged. In addition, the first day the carpet look good; however, it has been 4 days since the carpets were cleaned and it looks no different than before it was cleaned.
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. So I'm seeing that the area rugs altogether were $296, we price our area rugs at $1 to a $1.50 per sf for synthetic fibers and $3+ per sf for natural fibers, this of course depends on the size material and length. As far as the service not being to your satisfaction, I'd like to set you up to have our technicians come back out and re clean those areas for you.
ZeroRez workers know what they are doing and are not sloppy or careless. The end result is already excellent.

the price was reasonable, my carpet looks much cleaner, the technician was friendly and helpful, and he was on schedule. I invited my neighbor over to see what a great job he did. There was no mess left behind and the carpets were dry in about 4 hours. Excellent job.
