It was quick and efficient.
During scheduling, we were quoted around $200 for 4 bedrooms and a possible 5th. I had explained the severity of the cat urine smell that the previous owner had so graciously gifted to us as buyers, and was advised that there may be some additional costs to remove the urine and smell. What we didn't expect was an additional cost of almost $800. Quite the difference from $200 to $1,000. Reluctantly we reduced the number of rooms down to the 3 least urine saturated (choosing to remove the carpet in the other rooms completely) and were guaranteed that the stains and smell would be gone. 24 hours later, I can still see stains in the carpet that had the least damage and the other bedrooms still have the horrific aroma of cat urine.
I honestly feel as though we were scammed between the to good to be true quote and the actual cost of "cleaning" 3 rooms that are going to have to be torn out. I wish the technician would have been honest with us from the start as this seems to have been a waste of both time and money.
I apologize for your experience with your service. I am seeing that we have scheduled you for a reservice as we do have the 30 day workmanship guarantee. We will have our technicians take care of the issue for you, and if you have any more issues, please give us a call and we will gladly get that taken care of for you.
My carpets look amazing. The technician Zachary was very informative. He went over all the costs and all the steps he was taking in trying to remove a stain that I had on my carpet.

My carpet looks fabulous and feels great! We had quite a few spots from dirt my kids had tracked in from getting a pool built and landscaping. Service and products were awesome. We have a puppy and she absolutely destroyed our carpet, we thought we would have to replace it. My only issue is the normal sale process of up selling. It’s unfortunate that my 24sq feet of bathroom was considered another room and had an additional charge. I went in expecting to pay one amount from booking the cleaning to paying almost 100% more.
