So impressed with how clean my carpets got. Just blown away at how easily the dirt came up. Thanks so much for being on time and for delivering and for staying true to the original quote. I would use ZeroreZ again for sure.
Carlos was great!! Zerorez came and did a test spot on my tile to see if they could get it clean. We had just completed a full remodel on our home and the drywall dust ruined the grout lines between the tiles. They were able to fix about 90% of the grout lines and clean and sterilize the tile. We thought it was hopeless and that we would have to redo all of the tile grout.
They were very particular to make sure everything was protected before they started. Carlos communicated with me throughout the process and answered all of my questions.
We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Zerorez.

They really do a good job . And the rugs drys very fast a smells good . We get our rugs done twice a year because we have pets .

I have used Zerorez for a few years now for carpeting cleaning and have been pleased with the service. This time it looks like I have stripes of dirt spread from one side of the room to the other. I have pictures if you would like to see them.

I am a first time customer and was very pleased and impressed by the 2 gentlemen that came to my home for services. Both Victor and Issah were professional and very courteous. They were knowledgeable in the product and services there were providing. Both were helpful in explaining the process of Zerorez which I found to be most helpful. My carpets came out beautiful and were very soft after drying. Drying time was half of previous carpet cleanings I have had. I would definitely recommend not only Zerorez to anyone who asks, but also recommend Victor and Issah as technicians to perform services.

The cost was more then I was expecting for the add ons. My $99 clean went up to $490.
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. In the meantime, we do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I would like to set you up for a re-cleaning to get this taken care of for now. As for the experience from our technician, I will escalate this to management and have them contact you about this incident.
I use Zerorez for all my listings but I do not always receive a receipt. I would appreciate it if the technician would give me a receipt once I pay him and not send it by e-mail as I have had situations where I never received the receipt and I do need it for my business, Otherwise I am pleased with the service and the cleaning
