The guys were able to rehabilitate a 30-year-old carpet that hasn't looked good for 20 years! I can now quit closing the door to that room when guests are here! It had a grayish pathway going through it. Now it's all bright and clean. I can't believe it.

Your service guys were super nice, but I was surprised to see the rather simple 6 food stains on my carpet from a leaky garbage bag didn’t get removed and are still there. Not really a huge difference in cleanliness as I thought there might be, but then again my carpets weren’t that dirty to start with. We just thought the food stains would come up and out. Now we’re back to putting carpet runners over the food stains again in the hallway to hide the embarrassing stains. :(
