Cory my service person was very efficient , friendly, careful , and kind with my house and with me. My house seemed happier after cleaning . Carpets although 15 years old looked like new. I was very happy.

I had area where I would sit all the time and the area had a very dark spot. I know he sprayed on the spot, but I don't feel he gave it much effort. I got on my hands and knee after he left and most of the spot came up.

We liked that our tile looks brand new again! Our big living room rug came out great too. The guys were friendly and quick. The whole experience was great.

They arrived on time, actually a bit early. Were very professional, did a great job everything was cleaned as they said they would do. Finished in a timely manor. Moved some light furniture as needed to clean and left no mess behind. Was very happy with the tech (Michael)and his work. I have used them in the past and will certainly call them again as needed. They sent follow up reminders of my appointment and called when they were on route.
The rack works best lifts and separates carpet.
