The price increased over 15% from last year. Bring the prices back down a little bit or stop raising them so high each year.

Your area rug prices are ridiculous! I don’t feel my carpet looks any better than when I clean it with my home shampooer.
Workman was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear manner and did a very good job of cleaning our carpet and rugs.
Michael showed me all the pet stains that were from previous renters and our current dog stains. He charged me extra to treat stains. I bought a black light that he recommended. The stains looks exactly the same. There were no odors prior to cleaning. Disappointed in the extra cost. I would like a refund for a service that didn't work. Please advise.

I’m very happy with Zerorez the only thing is I wish they would rake the carpet like they used to when finished. The last two guys did not take it would dry even faster if they rake the pile up.
