Zerorez came and cleaned my carpets and did an amazing job. Plus he cleaned my title and grout. Everything looks great! I would recommend Zerorez to all my friends.

The carpets a clean and they dry quick. The agent who cleaned my carpets was efficient and did a great job.
A little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. I had two wool area rugs and a chair cleaned. While they do looks cleaner and brighter I had to point out a few areas on each item to go over. The man was very nice and happy to go over some spots but since it was such a small job making more than one pass over the rugs and not rushing would have provided a better end result.
Our tech Ray was really nice and professional. Will have him back to clean our grout soon. Love zero Rez ! Only one negative. Our carpet is crunchy in some areas. This happened last time too. Not sure why.
My tech was very efficient and professional during my cleaning. Though they give such a large window for the appt. and then arrive near the back end of the appt. time, they did a great job with the service.

We are very pleased with how our carpets look. Ray was the technician and he called prior to arrival which was appreciated. He was professional and did an outstanding job. After he was through, he asked if we had any questions and made sure we were happy. We will definitely use Zerores again and recommend them to our neighbors!
i liked the fact that I was treated with the up most respect the guys that came in to do the carpet were very professional and respectful .
They explained everything to me so there were no surprises and very honest.
The product is very in creditable it did not take too long to dry
It did not leave a chemical order and after the carpet dried it did not crunch when i walked on it.

I feel like I was over charged and the carpets were rushed. Once the carpets were dry, I examined the carpet, it looked slightly cleaner. Still lots of junk in the carpets. I would like a reasonable charge and carpets done again but with care and attention to detail
