My hall way& family room carpet needs to be redone.... my husband white socks are slightly grey on the bottom of his socks. I spilled some water on my hallway carpet and my towel was slightly grey from remaining dirt.

Your staff always clean, professional, friendly and do an excellent job
I didn't stay while the carpet and tile was being cleaned, someone else was there. The next day, the family room looked as if it was cleaned with dirty water all over. Its kind of gray now. Some of the edges of the tile isn't clean either. The rest of the tile looks amazing.
I'm really disappointed because I've watched you on The Morning Blend and seen your TV commercials for a few years and I was looking forward to your business.
I did tell the tech that we hadn't professionaly cleaned in over two years, that we have an over the counter carpet cleaner.
The carpet looked phenomenal day 1- by day 2 there was light yellow solution that started to pop up which I assume is the pet Oder spray. By day 5 those yellow spots picked up dirt and there were massive dirt spots the size of the overspray.
I had to go buy carpet cleaner yesterday and hand spray all of the spots as it looked like I had an oil spill in my living room. I hand cleaned it and it def helped.
I do want to say that I love zerorez and the gentleman that was here is absolutely fantastic - I just think that going over the carpet one more time after the pet spray would have solved it

Was very professional and helpful. He knocked down the job fast. I would highly recommend his to anyone.
Technician was great but the stains are still here with or without black light. I was told your company was better than other carpet cleaners but I don’t think that’s true. For almost $600, I thought the floors would look nicer.
