The tech was amazing, friendly, and honest. He educated us on the difference between Zerorez and other companies. Unlike most workers, he truly believes in what Zerorez offers which makes you trust the company more. He did not try to lie about certain stains (mustard) that were never going to come off the carpet. Besides the mustard stain the carpet is way cleaner than before.

The technician, Ray, was polite and explained the whole process. It’s was quick and complete, plus it dried in a few hours with the ceiling fans running. The carpet looks great, just like new. Thank you ZeroRez!

Believe me when I tell you they are the best, I have tried a couple others and 3 days later called Zerorez to come and clean up the mess these other companies made. I have Dogs and Cats, and when these guys leave, my carpets look brand new.

Everything! My floors, carpets, and furniture look wonderful. I have just finished some construction in my house. But the very best part of the service was two awesome young men, Jay and John. They are outstanding in every way. They are very pleasant, hardworking, and so very helpful to an old lady and they could stay at my house as grandsons. Please compliment them for a job well done!!!
When I made my appointment I specifically asked the operator was there any hidden costs or was it $99 for three rooms and 100 ft.² of grout and tile. I was told no. The first thing that I was told when zero Rez showed up was that my car but it was unusually dirty and required a $40 specialty shampoo to get the carpet clean. Had they not hit me with that additional surprise fee I would’ve gladly paid extra to have the rest of my tile cleaned.
