Isiah was great. Explained cleaning process and pricing structure thoroughly. I had paint splatter and overspray on my tiles and he was able to make it spotless. Previous used Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning, while they did great also, I'm a fan of Zerorez now. Will use them again for future cleaning needs.
The level of cleaning that was done was outstanding. Reggie who gave me the quote was more than fair and Michael did the work was extremely efficient, professional and polite. Will be using you again very soon for my home.

We never got an advanced call they just showed up. The carpets look great but the bid for marble cleaning was 3x more expensive then 3 other companies

The employee was very nice and understanding he tried his best, but I don’t think the product you guys used was working properly. The water he was using was cold he even lifted the machine to show me it was hot water but I put my hand to it and only felt it being cold. There was also a spot on the carpet that he said was a stain and he couldn’t remove, but the next day I grabbed a sponge and hot water and scrubbed it out and it came out.
