John was fantastic. Carpet looks brand new. Helped inform us of ways to maintain the brand new look again. Did an amazing job of execution and was in and out without delay. I would not only recommend the service from your company but from John specifically also.
Spot in hallway came back in 2 days. Carpet is still very stiff, will take some time to work stiffness out. Technician was great, but results of cleaning were a bit disappointing.
I like the fact that there are no chemicals used. The gentlemen that have come out are very friendly and explain their processes so there is no question as to what you are getting. I will only call Zerorez to clean my carpets.

I really wanted to get the special deal that was advertised on the radio which was 3 rooms for $99.00, plus a free hallway and even 100 square feet of tile cleaned for free to show what a good job you can do on tile. When the tech came, the paperwork that he had was incorrect. I still ended up paying $172.00 (which included $37.00 for a level 1 stain lifter). So $99 plus $37 still doesn't equal $172.00, and I'm not sure how it got to be that amount. Plus within 2 days, the stains came right back. The tech came back and redid the level 1 again at no cost. He said at that time that if the stains came back again, I would need to do the level 2 which would be another $80.00. Well, again . . . 2 days after he was here, the stains DID reappear and they look worse than they ever did. The tech was very professional and friendly and I don't think it was anything he did wrong; however, I certainly can't see spending ANOTHER $80.00 for ONE room, especially if there is no guarantee that the stains would come out after the treatment. This is the second time I have used your company and both times I ended up spending WAY more than I had expected.
Carpets look great and they are quite old. Julian was very respectful and polite! Love this company and only use them. Prices are reasonable and they don't ruin your carpets like some other companies do. I highly recommend them.
Have used Zerorez for 15 years I believe on rental properties and my personal residence.

My carpet was soaked for over 8 hours and it felt very crusty when dry.. was just very disappointed and feel like my carpets were not cleaned.
Chris was very knowledgeable and showed me the process, which was great to actually see the product doing it's job.
Chris was hard working, polite and I felt very comfortable with him working throughout my home.
Your technician was terrific, fast and efficient. Our "old" carpet is clean and look new. The idea of no remaining residue is icing on the cake.
ZeroRez does an extremely good job of cleaning carpets and I am always amazed at how good the carpets look when they are done.

When the rug dried I saw complete dirty spots in front of my patio door and also in front of my sofa. The path from hall to bed room is also noticeable. It was done much better last year as I remember the young man telling me how he was doing the bad spots. I am very pleased with my sofa.
