Service people were on time and courteous. Carpets were done in good time and the look very nice.
Service was super fast and carpets looked clean. They did not smell and were not soggy wet when finished.
It was a bit too much upselling on the use of pet cleaner.

I was not happy with the general attitude and service. I expected the entire rooms' carpets to be cleaned and was surprised they didn't even clean under the area rug. I did point it out, but there was a total reluctance to complete the job.
You guys need to work on customer service — such small things and they ruin the customer experience.

Our carpets were extremely dirty and they came out terrific for their age. Our technician,
Steve M. was very thorough and so polite and courteous. He was also working at a disadvantage, since we had a small electrical problem the night before and had no power in one
of the bedrooms and the master closet.
I would definitely recommend your company to everyone I know. In fact, I won't wait so long to have my carpets cleaned again.
