Great customer service!
Usually, when I have had you out cleaning my house or my office, the carpets are not that wet and you have been able to get everything out of the carpets. This time at my house, my carpets were wet for about 24hrs and there is still an issue in my carpet that could have come out but it still looks dirty...my carpet is 6 yrs old and is the Mohawk non-staining carpet...I believed in your server better than the results...I also called to get a quote for tile cleaning and the quote was crazy high to the tune of $3000.00. I am just disappointed in the results and the customer service.

Isiah was my tech that responded to my house for the Carpet cleaning. I remembered his voice but did not immediately recognize him due to him having to abide by Covid-19 restrictions. I have a tech or two in my house since the 1st time I met Isiah who at the time was in training. The individual who trained him did a great job and it was a pleasure having Isiah back. I have never been disappointed with zerorez but would like to say that the carpets came out great and Isiah is a chip off the zerorez Block. Five STARS *****

Ask the customer about the accessibility of their location. I was frustrated when I was told that the hoses probably wouldn’t reach my condo and the price quoted to use a portable unit was three times what I was originally quoted as per the ad.
By far your chemical is much stronger and very efficient. Strong enough to remove our cats vomit that was left in our off white color carpet for a week because we were on our vacation.
We were so please to have Ricky work on the most difficult task. We did not expect the stains to be completely gone. However, the carpet turned out as white and bouncy even though it is over 20 years old. Ricky’s knowledge on explaining about the cat’s stain along with his determination to clean those stubborn spots sure made our decision on choosing your company instead of going back to Stanley Steemer.
The carpets in bedrooms look good and are very clean. They did take a Very long time to dry but cleaning man advised me of that.
The natural stone Kitchen floor looks worse than before. He told me that his process might remove the polish with cleaning but I said that was okay if the Numerous spots could be removed.
He thought it looked better but when it dried he too was surprised by the remaining spots all over the floor. It is travertine but I had a prior company about 5 yrs ago and they removed the spots.

The technician was very professional and he did an excellent job.
We were very impressed with the technician as he got right to work after explaining everything to us. His name was Anthony P and he was a hard worker. He was also on time and called before he arrived. Our carpet in the hall is badly stained with a dark path. It looks a lot better now. Anthony also moved a heavy love seat by himself to clean under and behind it. Because we are senior citizens we could not have done that ourselves so we sure appreciated that. The price at the end was what we were quoted so no surprise there. All in all, a pleasant experience.
