Todd and Corey came and did service for my pregnant wife on 9/16/20. They gave amazing service and did a very thorough job. And got some tough stains out. We appreciated them. We will keep using Zero Rez. Thank you Todd and Corey
I'm usually very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning. Zach and Jared were very nice, courteous and professional. I just wasn't really pleased with how the carpet looked after they finished. Prior technicians have been able to get up dirty areas that I guess Zach and Jared were not able to get up. Chem Dry cleaned our carpets in February, and they were able to clean the areas in question removing all dirty area spots. I don't know what happened this time, but I wasn't really pleased with the outcome.

We have 3 bedrooms, but one bedroom has such a minimal amount of carpet to clean it should not be counted as a room. It is an extremely small room with a bunk bed. I had no problem with the price, but when the techs said it would be extra to clean the walk in closet in the master, which is small as well, I was a bit annoyed. The total square footage of the closet plus the carpeted area in my daughters room is still smaller than most bedrooms.
I get the policies, and the rules, but it still seemed messed up to me.

it is my view that being charged $434 for an hour and 5 minutes work, including equipment setup and site overview was an exceedingly excessive overcharge. Attorneys charge $300 an hour...this was $134 above that. I acknowledge that businesses have overhead and materials expenses since I am a retired licensed painting contractor. And yes, I did sign an approval of the estimate, however I had no knowledge of the duration of the cleaning procedure. My carpets were cleaned by Zerorez a year ago and the technician spent about the same time, with similar equipment and I was charged $99. Why would grout cleaning be so much more expensive? When I spoke to Rob the manager I requested that the $125 sealer charge be waived, considering that that procedure was accomplished in 10 minutes of the entire procedure, he asserted that I had a "screaming deal." That is just not so. In my history of endeavors as a contractor I waived some charges for my customers on many occasions in the interest of good customer relations and in anticipation of future work and recommendations from my clients. All of the work that Zerorez performed at my home was professional and stellar, yet I am not moved to provide a recommendation for this company due to the excessive charge for this particular service and the intractable response of Rob the manager regarding my request to forego the sealing charge.Offering me a $50 gift certificate for a future service was just unsatisfactory...how much profit is worth alienating a relationship with a customer who could provide recommendations to a large network of family, friends, and business relationships? "Buyer Beware" seems to be the ideology of your present customer relations representatives. I am open to a future relationship with Zerorez should you reconsider the waiving of the $125 sealing charge and accept the $311 charge for the 45 minutes it took to clean our grout.
Todd was on time & very mindful of his mask & booties in the house. He did a very good job & our chairs & sofa look great. He did not try to sell a lot of extras which is always appreciated.

This was the first time that I have used a professional carpet cleaner. I tend to read reviews in Yelp and online for customer input because I believe that we should get what we pay for. When I finally decided to make an appointment, it has been a flawless experience. The initial call was very friendly, to the date/times that I may choose for my cleaning.
I scheduled to have my carpets cleaned on Monday at 1:00pm. At 12:20pm I recieved a call from Chris who was coming to my home if it was okay if he showed up a few minutes earlier and was still 20 minutes out. I greeted Chris and he explained what I had signed up for and the billing was reasonable for my 3,000 sq. ft. home.
After he was completed and we had settled my bill, it was done. My home looks so much cleaner! I am a firm believer that you should use this company. You will not regret your decision.
