I have used Zerorez for many years, both in California and my 2 homes here in Las Vegas. They have always done a fantastic job cleaning my carpets have reasonable pricing. Everyone is always very professional and on time.
Very professional and affordable
This was our second time using Zerorez and it won't be the last! Our first experience was satisfactory; however, I was not 100% pleased. The carpeting turned out good but the two recliners that are heavily used were not deep cleaned as requested. We almost chose a different company but decided to try Zerorez again. Needless to say we're happy we did!! The difference this time was the service technician Gary B. Gary took the time to listen to our concerns and did a fantastic job. The recliners look great as does the carpet. He is rated a 10!!!
As far as product goes we like the no residue and no odor factors.

The technician was fast and courteous. My carpets weren’t soaking wet when he left. After the carpeting dried, it looks brand new.

I like Zerorez because they don’t use harsh chemicals to clean. They are always accommodating and the crew that comes to my house are respectful and always professional! My last service and the two man crew that came out were the best yet!!! I hope they stick around and stay employed at Zerorez until my next cleaning!!!!

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were very customer service oriented and professional when I had them on the phone to book the appointment. They were quick to come to my home, on time, courteous and following the COVID guidelines. The price was fair as well. My rep that came to my home was thorough and also finished quicker than we originally thought. He was also courteous and friendly. I would absolutely use Zerorez to take care of my carpets again.
