Safe procedure, no harsh chemicals
Carpet is cleaner when zerorez does the work. Tile floor looks new. I am very pleased with the results. Company is very professional and well organized. I received a confirmation after I made my appointment by telephone and the person who cleaned my carpet was on time and very personable. Great job! I will always call zerorez to clean my carpets. Prices are a little high and closets aren’t even considered part of a bedroom! I would rather pay by square footage or by the hour. Two of the bedrooms are tiny with big furniture in them and would only need one swipe around the bed frame, yet would cost the same as my master bedroom. Not quite right. Every time we asked a question it was answered with that will cost more! The cleaning was nice, but I felt nickeled and dimed for sure.

The technician was polite and it was easy to communicate what I needed. Love the fact that my carpet did not dry with any stiffness. Thanks to their organic products. This was my first time using the service and loves it. I will definitely be using them for all my carpet and surface cleaning needs.
Zak and Jake were fantastic!! My ventilation cleaning went very smooth and it was awesome to see all the dust critters come out! I also greatly appreciate that they took the time to clean off the vent covers before returning them. As for the carpet cleaning, what a difference!!! The carpet is still old and definitely needs to be replaced, but the cleaning process helped me to extend the life of the carpet just a little longer.

Zerorez Las Vegas is very dependable and does a great job keeping our floors shiny and clean. They are very reasonably priced which helps during these unsecure business times. Their salesmen are very helpful and knowledgeable as well as their cleaning staff. Our floors always come out better than we even expect them to be. They are accommodating to work around our busy times as well. All in all a great experience. I would recommend.

I like the way my carpets look brand new when you finish. The only thing this time was that the gentleman doing my carpets didn't have booties on and I had sneaker marks on my tile floors when he finished. The time before they wore booties so that the dirt from their shoes didn't dirty my floors.
