Our cleaners on Saturday, March 14, 2020 were Chris and David. They could not have been more professional, polite or thorough in the explanation of ZeroRez rug cleaning. When we next need our carpets and rugs cleaned, you can rest assure that they will be the ones we request as our cleaners from ZeroRez!

Not that we were disappointed. We were told by our rental company that we had to have a personal cleaning of carpet this year. I mean it looked nice but no better than what it looks like when we use our shampooer we own. We even opted for the brushes and some extra pet stuff. But 2 days later i smelled the cat urine again already. Like i said it wasn't a horrible job but for $200 it was the same result we got when we do it ourselves.
The quality of the cleaning is great. There is no heavy chemical smell and the carpet is able to be used within an hour after the service.

When at the home doing a carpet assessment, please tell me what I really need. Even if it’s a more expensive service. I had to have ZeroRez come back a second time to escalate an issue. If I was told I needed something heavier duty on my carpets I would listened and had them do it the first time.

I had two areas done and a rug (a total of no more than 200 sq. Ft). It was $169! I paid extra for some sort of “special” urine treatment. My house didn’t smell like dog pee before you cleaned it and now all I smell is pee. It’s so gross! It’s also still damp and it was done yesterday at about 3pm. I even left fans on and turned the heat up.
My carpet got very clean after they came out to clean them. I wish I knew the guys name he was awesome he had great customer service. Thank you again!!
