Everything is so nice and clean. Isaiah was amazing so focused on me being satisfied with his work. Couch came out great and the stairs and area rugs look fantastic as well. Highly recommended. I have used ZeroRez in the past and I will use them again in the future.
The carpets look fabulous and dry very quickly and my tile floors are amazing!! The technician ,Will was very professional and thorough...the service was over and above!!

Carpet feels hard and crunchy now. You weren’t able to get stains out. Smells bad now. $270 for a rug and one room is a lot. I understand that there was one stain where my dog had left bile but that’s still a lot of extra charges.
They did a great job. The tech was friendly and actually worked quick and did a great job.
He was efficient with cleaning my carpets professional and in a timely manner. He also, arrived in the time given for my appointment.

Didn't get the results I thought I had.. after it dried. I realize its an older carpet so I guess it is what it is. Was told on the phone I would be given a link to get Cowabunga passes, but M & M (the 2 guys);knew nothing about it and laughed it off. I spent 450 bucks to clean my carpets. Hopefully I can talk my landlord into tile soon.
Sometimes the speed at which this goes makes me a little curious if it was deep cleaned enough. Would a little extra time mean a deeper clean?
Other than than, all great.
Needed a deep cleaning of my tile floors and Zerorez got them clean and shiny in a couple of hours. They sealed the grout and left the house spotless.
The service guy was very knowledgeable and did a good job with the track area problems .
The carpet cleaning is always great. My husband asked about having our 6’x 4’ shower tile cleaned and was quoted $175.00. The shower tile is not full of scum and build up. Thought that was just excessive for the job. The last time we had it cleaned the job took less than 15 minutes.

Your men were very polite and they did a good job of cleaning the rugs considering they are 20 years old and have gone through a lot of stains. Of course I am sure all your people are trained to try and sell additional services especially when the customer is receiving a three room special. He showed me with his black light what he said were urine stains from my dog. That was probably correct but when he wanted to give me a deep cleaning and use a special spray on the stains for $300 plus dollars I told him I wasn’t interested. I let him know we were planning on replacing the carpet with wood flooring in the next few months and put the house up for sale, so it would be a waste of money. He later said he wanted to put another chemical on the rugs because after cleaning them he could smell a strong urine smell. I couldn’t really smell it but I went ahead and let him spray the dining room since that is where we eat and I again reminded him that the carpets were going to be replaced in a few months so I did not want to spend a lot of money.
I am satisfied with the job but I do not like getting a hard sell from the workers. I do feel that the gentleman who came out the last time did a better job and there was no hard sell. I don’t feel comfortable recommending a company to my friends and family that tries to talk customers into products they are not interested in.

The way the carpet is left after your treatment is so much more appealing to the eye and it holds up better.
Having used the "other" company for many years, I have been converted.
It is to early to tell if double the price is worth it. Also don't insult my intelligence by showing a discount equal to the price paid. We both know you would be served better without ever showing that. We already agreed to pay the advertised fee.
