When at the home doing a carpet assessment, please tell me what I really need. Even if it’s a more expensive service. I had to have ZeroRez come back a second time to escalate an issue. If I was told I needed something heavier duty on my carpets I would listened and had them do it the first time.
Great staff and great work!
I had two areas done and a rug (a total of no more than 200 sq. Ft). It was $169! I paid extra for some sort of “special” urine treatment. My house didn’t smell like dog pee before you cleaned it and now all I smell is pee. It’s so gross! It’s also still damp and it was done yesterday at about 3pm. I even left fans on and turned the heat up.
My carpet got very clean after they came out to clean them. I wish I knew the guys name he was awesome he had great customer service. Thank you again!!

Zerorez did a superb job cleaning my dirty carpets. It was way way much better than the other carpet cleaners I've used in the past because you treated the whole carpet instead of just the treating the spots & stains.
