great safe clean service
TJ was able to treat a rug tape stain that two techs before couldn't. He was able to remove the stain with a cleaning gel. I was totally impressed.

First time I didn’t give a ten. Three rooms and tile took 30 min. I had moved furniture but no help putting it back. Maybe just spoiled because in past, grout was scrubbed and help was given with moving furniture

Initially, we contacted Stanley Steemer and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate to clean our area rug. However,
they failed to show up. So, when we scheduled an appointment with Zerorez, we were hesitant. However, we were pleased that did. Corey did an excellent job. Our area rug looks great. He is courteous and efficient. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
Our carpets look great. He did a way better job than Stanley steamer ever has.

The Rep showed up on time, answered all our questions in an understanding way, got to work right away and did an awesome job. The thing I liked the most was how the whole house smelled when he was done....It was a nice citrusy smell not chemical...oh and the prices were pretty good also!

This is our first time using your company and we were delighted with every aspect of the experience. Casey Carrington was wonderful, he walked us thru every aspect of it. Explained all of our questions to us in detail, was calm and very pleasant through out. When he told us he could do the job the same day we were so happy. We thought he was just going to give us a quote and then make an appointment. Needless to say, our carpets are spotless and our tile looks magnificent. It is hard to find a good company now a days, and we feel that we found one!
