I am not disappointed with anything but your application that asks for my opinion. It would not accept my rating of 10... I am completely satisfied with my service. Your service man was exceptional in every way. Your ZeroRes service as applied did wonders to a space that was needy and the outcome was exceptional. The Service and information I received from the tech Casey was awesome. He really knows the business about carpet cleaning. He explain the inns and outs and how and why they clean carpets. He didn’t Over promised anything regarding a certain part of my carpet. I really appreciate the upfront honesty

Chemical free friendly service.
Best product in the market. Nothing, nothing comes close to it. Carpet is clean and without any soaps to attract tomorrow's oils and dirt. People fail to understand that any soap left in your carpet, wet or dry, will continue to attract oil and dirt. That is the purpose of soap...
The best by far carpet cleaning service out there. I get the basic service and the 20 year old carprt looks almost new. WONDERFUL!!!!!!

My service technician was incredibly polite, prompt, and professional. He did a great job and took time out to explain what he was doing and why.
The technician seemed to be knowledgeable. He explained when questions were asked and was polite. He was on time (actually early) and called before he came as I was instructed he would. However, the bottom line the carpets he cleaned look great and I thought his pricing was fair and reasonable.

WE LOVED THE CITRUS SCENT OF THE SPRAY AND THE CARPETING WAS SO CLEAN
AND SMELLED SO FRESH. THE BEST OUR TWENTY-FIVE YEAR OLD CARPET HAS EVER LOOKED.
IN ADDITION, LUIS PUT A LITTLE SPRAY ON OUR GROUT TILE AND WE WERE AMAZED HOW CLEAN THAT CAME OUT. WE PLAN ON CALLING ZEROREZ IN THE SUMMER TO SCHEDULE LUIS TO SERVICE OUR TILE FLOORS.

Very professional and my carpets look great!
It took about 2 days for my carpet to dry!!! I feel there was something wrong and I think if you want me to ever call again you should offer me a free carpet cleaning in the future. It looked clean and that was great but the drying time was absolutely rediculous!! I called twice and no one helped me at all just kept saying give it more time. It should have never taken that long anyways.
A carpet was really really clean Tricare quickly I we are recommending them to others they will be my go-to guys from now on thank you so much❤❤❤❤❤🤗👍

Excellent clean - carpets, rugs, tiles and grout. Professional but friendly 2 person crew. Although I was given special rates, it was still quite expensive. I'm a 73 year old senior on a pension. I would certainly use again, but not for a while.
