Two areas on the carpet didn't come clean, when I pointed out these spots to the tech. Past techs walked me throughout the house to see If I was happy with the job. In the past I was very happy with your company.

He sprayed his chemicals first and then put down the corner guards then cleaned so all the residue was left around the corners where the guards were.

This last visit was the second time we used Zerorez. The first time we had three bedroom carpets and our family room furniture was cleaned. It took a few hours and the technicians were quiet but very detail oriented and we had no complaints when they left. The furniture looked great and lasted clean for quite a long time.
The most recent visit was for having just our family room furniture cleaned. I had to leave before the technician was finished and I had a family member to make certain everything would end up fine.
I came home and the majority of the furniture looked great. However, there were several stains that were not cleaned and left not rectified.
For the amount of money spent, I was disappointed that these stains were left untreated.
I'm not 100% certain that I will use zerorez again.

I liked the friendly staff from scheduling to the two men who came out and cleaned my carpets. The men were very detailed in explaining the products and what they were going to do. When they were finished, I was told about a couple of wear spots and to vacuum the walk ways slowly and often to help the life of the carpet.

Ricky did a great job, I'm satisfied overall, except I find it very off putting with the carpet care companies typical upsale, add ons etc...sales pitches. also when you repeatedly hear and see the $99.00 deal everywhere just honor that, I'm in a 1500 square foot home half is tiled . I ended up paying $180! That's all thank you
