I really thought my floors (tile) would be cleaner. I noticed some nicks in my front entry tile. So bloody expensive for not a huge result. My first time using your company is probably my last.

I was told that the protectant seal would help with pet issues. It doesn't. Your company agreed to redo the affected portions of my carpet and that is scheduled for tomorrow.
