We paid extra to have a few spots removed from the master bedroom carpet. The spots are still there. Very disappointing. Also at the edge of the carpet that meets the tile a yellow stain which I had to remove myself. You need to do a lot better in taking the time to clean the carpet and get the stains out. The service is consistent, professional, reliable and reasonably priced. My carpets are so clean and fluffy, even the heavy traffic areas, that you'd never know they're more than 15 years old! I recommend Zerorez to family and friends on a regular basis!
