The thoroughness and diligence of Marcus Marsh was impressive and very refreshing in today's world.
The carpet looked worse in some spots than before the cleaning. I asked the tech if anything else could be done, he said it's from the normal wear of the carpet and no amount of cleaning could get it to look cleaner. I find that hard to believe and would have been nice to let me know before I wasted my money.
