Very simply, they work. Carpet looks better than ever and your equipment is far better than anything I can rent.

Marcus was very professional and did a nice job of cleaning my stairs, landing area, 2 large rugs and runner. I noticed on the one rug that a couple of threads in the rug have come up. It is not a rug that is used much or seen so I am understanding that it does happen . Felt I should bring it to your attention .

I was told around 4 hours until my carpets dried.
It actually took closer to 8 hours.
Also, I was told I would receive my receipt in my email.
I never received the receipt.

The young man who worked all by himself cleaning all of our carpets never stopped the whole time he was in our home. He was very professional. $250 for a sofa seems overpriced. I was also not impressed with the cleaning job on my area rug.
