I like the fact that you use alkaline water. M rugs stay cleaner a lot longer. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day to clean my carpets. Daniel notified me he was on his way. He arrived on time. Daniel answered all my questions and informed me of other services Zerorez offers. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My rugs looks great. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Ask for Daniel. He’s very good at what he does!

Always sincere, friendly and never pushy employees. Don't have much carpet left in my house but zero rez will be cleaning them when needed.
I was watching your show at TV news and I was impressed by the results that I’ve seen but at my house when he ckean it I was very much displeased. It was not very good at all and he miss some spot that I have to ask him about it. He’s kind of in a hurry and I was not a good results at all. Also I thought it was just $111 as estimated and was the price shown on TV but when he got here he said it needed a deep cleaning so he raise the price to $216. I agree with it assuming he’s gonna do it a lot better. But to be honest. I am not pleased an instead I am very much dissatisfied of the service and the results.
Before I scheduled myself to you I told my sister about your company and she told me not to believe on TV shows they just make it look very good but truth is, it’s not. So she told me the service she has for her 2 building medical office was the Lucky Carpet Cleaners. She told me to call them but I said I wanna try the Zerorez because it seems that they are better. But I was wrong. I should have listen to her. Next time I will look for what she told me.
I am very chemical sensitive. I liked the face that there is no chemical residue. Angel was awesome! Very informative about the process. He is a very hard worker. I will ask for him again next time for sure!!
