Friendly, easy appointment scheduling. Zerorez emailed in advance a break down & invoice of services discussed.
Zerorez associate Tracey was ON TIME and professional, reviewed services and options with me, suggested other Zerorez services such as tile and air duct cleaning without being pushy. Carpet cleaning was done within an hour, meticulous job with even the stairs and room corners getting special attention! We even received a free pass to see seasonal Christmas Lights!

The service and customer service were exceptional! My old carpets look really really clean and I like the idea of no chemicals. I have already told family and friends how pleased I am. After having carpet cleaners in my home before, there is no comparison and I felt I could trust the Technician that came into my home in every way. And it didn't take long!
Some of the stains didn't come out.

I love your great service, and I have been using your service for at least 4-5 years. Always very satisfied with how clean and fresh my carpet stays. Very satisfied on how fast it gets dry. The only thing I gotta say, it’s that I never end up paying what i was told over the phone, I always pay at least 80-100 more. Very surprised to see that you even have a residential fee. I just would like to pay what am told over the phone with your offers. Thank you

My laminate floor was damaged from the guy doing the job.

Had my tile grout cleaned. Grout is clean. But my floor was all sticky after he left.
Took me hours to clean up.
Now on the kitchen floor I can’t use my Swifter Wet cloths because it left horrible streaks.
From what ever the guy uses to clean the grout. Did something to the floor.
I paid almost $400 for it all. I feel I should have got some kind of reduced price. After all this.
