They were very polite and explined everything to us that we would know if they stains would and would not come out.
Left carpets looking streaky with triangular marks and uneven color. Some areas still look dirty. I thought the carpets become of uniform color or tone after vacuming but they remain eneven in tone and some areas look dirty. Results did not measure up to the Scott Gentry Claims about your service.

Jan, the tech, made the carpet look brand new and it was dry in eight hours. When I used Stanley Steamer the carpet dried in two days.
