The wear areas of the hallway were still dirty, and the line between clean and dirty is obvious in one spot.
No residue = carpets stay cleaner longer! Josh took his time (no"Splash-n-Dash")which I really appreciate and I also liked the price this time and that he raked the carpet-it looked & felt alot more fluffy than the time before. You disappointed me with the way you handled my complaint about cleaning and charging me for rooms I did not authorize to be clean. Further, I'm convinced you CAN'T make things right -- or rather WON'T -- because you told me you would refund the cost of one of the two rooms but I would STILL be required to pay the other. In my 50+ years, 15 of them as a rental property buisness owner, NEVER have I been told that I must pay the charge because "the work has been done!" That is absolutely ludicrious! As a business owner myself, small though I may be, I will EAT a cost rather than unfairly bill a customer just for the sake of making a buck! That is EXACTLY the impression I came away with in this business transaction. I had spoken to the office manager and I -- no one else -- was the person authorizing the work. Therefore, the question did not need to be asked of ANYONE else about it. She knew I was an absentee landlord and yet still charged me for the work she claimed the technician did -- right or wrong. Further, I take issue with the fact that she was unable to make the right decision to not charge me for the additional rooms without going to a "higher-level manager." Rather, it seemed she was more about saving face with her boss because she even admitted that "I do seem to remember now you telling me that when you called back." The thought that for the mere cost of $58 (2 rooms @ $29 each) she would put a customer through that, let me know I was not dealing with professionals. We have three other homes in Las Vegas that we rent out -- one a bit smaller and the other over 3600 sq ft, but short of receiving a phone call and sharing that they made a mistake in charging me, there is absolutely NO WAY I would do business with you again. Even as I write this, I am fighting back the urge to contact your parent corporation on the matter because it's absurd! The ONLY reason I even contacted Zeorez in the first place is because of the commercials I hear on the radio here in ATlanta where I live. We have our own 5600 sq ft custom home here and yet another rental property that is 2100 sq ft, and now I don't even want the LOCAL COMPANY any where near them if THIS is how you conduct your business. Customer satisfaction HAS to be job one! It HAS to be! Yet to squabble over $58 is senseless. For me, it's a matter of (business) principle on your part more than the money itself. However, I think you, as a company, need to take a good, hard look at yourself if this is indicative of how you operate. Even now, I STILL waiting for a detailed invoice of what I was charged. Oh, I got the American Express receipt telling me what the TOTAL cost was, but I still don't know what I was charged for per item/room. What must I do just to get THAT? If I sound unhappy, it's because I defintely am! As a military reserve officer called to active duty right now, the LAST thing I want to do is to be hassled over a mistake I did not make. I know to whom I spoke, and I know what I conveyed to her. The carpet was too wet after he was finished, and was like that until the next day - almost 24 hrs. I was happy with the cleaning though.

It was fast, efficient, and I received friendly service.
The service man was careless and messy in my house. He left my front door wide open while he dragged the hose upstairs so I had to go shut it as it was very cold out. When he dragged the house back to the truck it caught my throw rug and my dining room table and dragged both of them across the floor, almost knocking my laptop off the table (I caught it before the cord was pulled taut). He also left puddles of water on my hardwood floor. When he first arrived, he walked upstairs in his street shoes without putting covers on his shoes and as he cleaned he had no shoe covers on so I question what dirt was left behind. I may use your company again, but I will specifically request a different technician than the one I had. He also started a bizarre conversation with me about "cleaning your carpets every year" even though I had just told him the carpet was about 10 months old and that I planned to do so. It felt like he was trying to upsell a package of carpet cleaning or something.
You stand behind your service, and sent a man back to redo the chairs. The second time was a winner, and stains came out. Thank you!

I had my carpet done .. spots came back and I was dissatisfied.I contacted your office and to my surprise they said they will do a redo.. no argument or questions.. I made an appointment. The technician shows up .. no redo at all just walked in looked at spots and tried to sell me something twice as expensive. I was very upset. I not only wasted my money the first time but I also wasted my time. I will definitely not recommend you .. especially after saying a redo would be done and instead of a carpet cleaner I get a salesman.

The carpet dried smelling fresh. There were no bad oders. Carpet looked fresh and new.
I've used your services for years and have always felt that my rugs and furniture are in good hands. No chemicals are used so no health problems by using zerorz. Your workers do a good job and I've never had a problem.

CLEANS THE RUG LIKE NEW
There were a few areas of my rug that I think were not treated as well as others. You can make it right by treating them again. The areas only amount to about 50 square feet so, it wouldn't take long, but I think they could have been treated better the first time.
