First, I would like to say how pleased I was with the services performed by Roy. He was very personable and professional in his work. He explained that I would save a considerable amount of money if I had some work done during the visit rather than return for some other work I had planned to have done in the future if satisfied with the original rug cleaning request. I decided to have the remaining work done and am very satisfied with the results. I have already recommended your company to one of my children.
I will definiately be using your company's work in the future.

One particular room, the master bedroom, didn't seem to be done very well.
There was a promise to come back the next day with a window when we would be called between 1 and 6. No one every called. Two people were on alert to receive Zerorez and no one from Zerorez ever called. Meanwhile my bedroom is still torn apart and my husband is fit to be tied. So, yes conversation on the phone was very good and polite....delivery not so much.

The carpet was bad before you cleaned it i have 3 kids but not even one of the stains were removed the guy that normally cleans it for half the price does.a way better job.
Technician was very polite & inspected my carpet asking useful questions. I was AMAZED that he got out stains I never thought would come out. There was no odor and I am beyond satisfied.

been cleaned in 8 years and came out beautifully; We are having a redo today
Andre, the technician arrived on time, went right to the work at hand, graciously answered any questions along the way and quickly completed the carpet cleaning even with additional service I requested. The price was reasonable. I though a carpet not cleaned in over years and rather light in color would not appear clean because I was sure the soil was so embedded it could not all be removed. I was wrong. That carpet looks new including a hallway with lots of traffic. I was pleased with the results and the service. Will definitely call upon Zerores for future capet cleaning services.

I have a spot by door where carpet is coming up since it was cleaned. I paid extra for carpet protectant but have a couple of areas after just a week that are already showing dirt again.

You made our 8 year old carpets look like brand new I can't believe what a difference I totally wish I would've taken before and after pictures. The guy that came out (I think his name was Andre was fantastic and extremely friendly!!
Unfortunately this was a revisit do to my disapproval with the service provided
by service tech Anthony.The re-do was preformed by service tech Ellis and he did an
excellent job, quite frankly what I expected of Zerorez. I will request Ellis for
the next service.

I do not feel the carpet is as clean as when I have had it cleaned previously by "Love Your Carpet." It still looks matted down in some places and some spots are still noticeable.
