You have very nice employees. It is difficult to let strangers in your home but your employees seem very trustworthy and polite. I love the results of the cleaning, the carpet is not soaked and does not take long to dry out.

everything was fine, however there were 2 stains he could not remove. one was a turmeric herb stain and the other iam not sure. he did state in the beginning he might not be able to remove them.
I was very impressed with how CLEAN Zerorez got my carpet. Both Craig and Jan were very pleasant and professional...even though Craig was a METS fan and Jan was a CARDINALS fan(MAJOR Phillies fan here!), it was still fun talking baseball with both of them. The ONLY downfall I can find with Zerorez, is the fact that it takes almost 24 hours to dry!! That is a pretty big drawback. I was basically stuck in my kitchen with my two dogs until it was time to go to bed, then, I had to shoo them quickly upstairs. I would really like to get an estimate on getting my air ducts cleaned. If I don't hear back from you, I will call the office on Monday.

Carpets seem to stay cleaner longer. Workers do a good job cleaning.
I like the fact that there is no residue left in the carpets and the fact that it is "green" clean. I like that they clean with HOT water hopefully killing off anything that might be "living" in the carpet.
