It was my first appointment with Zerorez. They were on time, friendly, professional very thorough and quick. The carpets dried out in 3-4 hours and were soft without any crunchy residue as promised. I am very happy with the service and will use Zerorez from now on.

Price quoted was not honored. I spoke with zerorez twice and told them I had wool carpet and the guy both times said that it was no problem
When cleaner came he said that was not true and charged by the square foot. Very deceitful business practice. Complete bait and switch.
And then he didn't even try to get the two little spots I asked him to. The carpet looks exactly the same. Complete waste of my time and money

I like that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals that will only attract dirt, and I also like the orange peel extract you use to make my carpets smell fresh.

Any time we had ZEROREZ, the job was always good,... But this time was the BEST!
I still can't believe how good the grout lines and my fifteen year old tile looks and I look at them everyday. My only downside was the people that answer the phones. They couldn't sell an aspirin to a headache. When I called back in January to get the rugs done, I thought I hit the guy at a bad time, but when I called this time, the girl was worse. I thought I disturbed her nap.
