All products used are friendly to the environment, service is excellent, representative of Zerorez is knowledgeable and capable to answer all your questions. The representative is on time and leaves the home in excellent condition.
Technician was efficient, but did not seem to hurry through the job. Floors came clean and dried fairly quickly. The idea that no soap residue is left in the carpet is good piece of mind as well.

Everything was great, but the most important was the amazing customer service! Todd, the Zerorez technician that came out, was incredibly knowledgeable as well as positive and friendly. He clearly loves what he does and it shows in the quality of the work. On top of this, I was his first customer of the day at 4pm due to flaky customers and he was still very professional with a smile on his face!
