The technicion was on his phone the entire time he was at our home, which I find very unprofessional. He was not helpful with our quesitons about spots on the carpet. He just laughed and said well it's better than it was. We asked about a spot on the carpet and he just went nope that is good as it will get, even though it was still very dirty. Heck I know my carpets were dirty but try to be helpful. My carpets turned out well, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Was in did the job and was done in about 20 minutes. The cleaner Jan was very pleasant. I love the fact that you can pay with a credit card, check or cash made it very convenient. I would definitely recommend them.

The specific technician I requested was not sent. The technician that was sent was nice, but seemed a bit inexperienced to be performing a commercial job. The equipment broke and the entire process took over 4 hours. when it should have been less than 2. I love your services and will continue to use, but feel there was room for improvement on this experience.
i had zerorez come out on friday 4/3 because I had company coming in the next day. My carpets had dog pee on them however I had the spots treated immediately after the accidents and use my home carpet cleaner often. It did not smell in my house. The tech came, who was very pleasant and professional, and explained that the smell will come out during the cleaning process but after it dried it would go away. It is now 3 days later and my house stinks like pee. I even paid for the pet urine treatment which was an extra 35.00 per area. The carpet is also very crunchy and not soft like you state in your radio adds. I am very disappointed and the 194.00 that I spent was wasted. I need to have the carpets cleaned again.
