I was referred by a work associate and had also talked with a few people that said they were happy with your service. I was given one of the owners names I believe it was Doug and called him to let him know what I was looking to accomplish. I explained I wanted a fair deal and a good technician he said no problem and he had someone call me to schedule a appointment. That person was very nice and told me about the $29.00 per room special and explained stairs were extra and gave me a rough estimate of approximately $225.00. I was ok with that amount I usually pay $160.00 with the company I have used the last 4 or 5 years. When its all said and done I end up with a bill for $364.00. The carpets looked ok I had hoped the wear areas would look better the carpet is fairly new. I was also surprised that all that work could be completed in approximately 1 hour. I really like that you don't use chemicals. Our recent carpet, tile, & furniture cleaning went well, and the technician did a really good job. Yet I do think he could have done a GREAT job and the carpets would have come out cleaner if he had just slowed down while using the brush machine on the carpets really soiled areas (feedback rating of 9).
The reason I gave a feedback rating of 8 is due to the fact that several times while making my appointment I requested a specific technician.
The 2nd time we had Zerorez clean our carpet, tile, & furniture, Jared was our technician and he did a GREAT job. So when I made an appointment for Zerorez to clean our carpet, tile, & furniture a 3rd time, I requested and got Jared again.
This past time while making our appointment, I again requested Jared and was denied the request and told all of your technicians do a great job, which wasn’t 100% true. When I informed the lady I was able to request Jared the last time with no problem, I was still denied. I even called a day before my appointment to make the request again, with no luck.
When I find a company or an individual who does a GREAT job, I will stick with them because I know what kind of job they do. I hope the next time I make an appointment with Zerorez to clean our carpet, tile, & furniture I will be allowed to request and get Jared.

I had contracted for 5 rooms at a price of $153.00. My husband met with your people and ended up writing a check for almost $300.00!! Added costs were for treatment for dog "areas". I have faithfully scrubbed spots for all dog accidents in a limited area. One of the rooms that was treated our dogs never had access to. Not sure what blue light picked up but I really felt the added costs were not necessary. Before I hired you, I spoke with a friend who had used you in the past, specifically for dog spots - she was told that their regular service was sufficient - did not need added treatment. Also, after the crew left, we found white spot on the carpet in our bedroom and near the main entrance and also a few spot on our wood entrance area. Brushed and vacuumed the spots out of the carpet and washed spots off wood. The rest of the house looked good.

Our carpet had dog urine stains and smells. They hadn't been cleaned in several years. Dee did an awesome job. They look and feel like new. Best of all, no more urine smell!!
Art Ramírez was the technician that came to my home& did a fantastic job. I have been contemplating on getting new carpet in my home but Art was very knowledgeable and provided me with information on carpet care. My carpet looks great and he was able to get out the dog hair that gets trapped in the carpet. I would absolutely recommend zerorez.

Art was the technician that came to my home. He was friendly, clearly articulate the process and explained the benefits of zerorez, and was happy to doo some extra work as well. I had planned on just cleaning the carpets, but also diff the tile and sealed the grout. It looks amazing! I Ann so happy with the job that Art did. Thank you very much.
Our technician was very nice, but unfortunately I am very disappointed in how my carpets look. I have had a competitor do an amazing job on them, but it cost me a lot of money. I was not expecting as nice of a job simply because I did not spend anything near what I did with them. I was however, expecting better results, it really looks like we rented a machine and did them ourselves.
The two technicians were professional, courteous, and very thorough. My sofa and loveseat take a daily beating as an animal lounger so they were definitely dirty. After they were done it looks and smells brand new. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.
