Do the best job of getting carpets clean and smelling fresh.
Andrew was very professional and knowledgable.
Even though they were running late--they called to let us know. It was a Saturday night. They were late, but at least didn't cancel out. I didn't want to put it off till the next week because we had all the furniture moved out of the rooms. The fellow that came out was Dee. He was very nice, polite. Did the job very thoroughly and I think it looks great.
We had Juan and Anthony in to do the rugs and the free tile cleaning. The most profession men I have ever had in our home, polite and mannerly. Also the rugs turned out beautifully and the tile looks new. I will have the rest of the tile done cleaned next time you have a special.
Very professional and friendly and outstanding service
You were on time and called ahead of time. The young man helped us move some heavier pieces and explained what he was going to do. The carpet and tile appear to be very clean. The whole process took about one and one-half hours.

The men here did a great job and were very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I'm a strong supporter of the high alkaline water method of cleaning and your company. We even drink high alkaline water and I've recommended zerorez to others. The grout looks much better now that it is cleaned. We had an estimate from our original technician from 6 months ago which the technicians that did the work yesterday were not able to match which concerned us a bit.
The tech Wil was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns to give me confidence that I made the corr correct choice of choosing zerorize to clean my carpet. I am very happy with the results!!!!🙌
I like the fact that you don't use chemicals and the process leaves my carpet soft
I gave an 8 because the carpets were cleaned just yesterday and I want to see in a couple of weeks if the stains that were in the carpet come back up like they have when other companies have cleaned out carpets. I really appreciated the guy who cleaned the carpets. He said his name is D. He was really respectful. My sales rep Ben was a good guys also he was late but a good amount of time but he took off $50 from my bill without me asking for any discount.

First your aid said $29.00 per room up to 3 rooms. When you call your told that it is a min of $95.00. So it's not $29 a room also if you want more than just the water to clean the carpets is an extra for everything.

You did a very good job and the tech was very knowledgable and courteous however the job was very expensive, more than I expected. This cost may be customary for the area/service, just was an unexpected cost. I could have bought a new large area rug for what I paid to clean 2 area rugs I had.
It stays clean for a long time. Smells clean. Leaves no residue.

This is the second time I've used your company. I'm very pleased how my carpet looks! I like the fact that you don't use chemicals as we are very sensitive to them as well as our dog. I appreciated the discount offered which really helped. Brandon used the flash and enzyme process on the areas where the dog pee was. We now have no more pee smell!
