The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. Zerorez asks the customer to block a three hour window for the duct cleaning service, yet consumes five hours of the customer's time. I was assigned a 10am - 1pm window, yet the service technicians didn't arrive until 12:30pm and didn't complete the service until nearly 3pm. No one from Zerorez had the courtesy to contact me with a call indicating the technicians were behind schedule so I could make arrangements to accommodate the extended hours. The lack of concern for the customer's time is unprofessional. I called the office at approximately 11:30am to ensure I was still on the schedule, and was told that Luis (service tech) had already completed the job prior to mine and would be calling me any minute to give me an ETA. I never received a call, and he arrived approximately one hour (12:30pm) after I was told he had completed the prior job. Lack of concern for the customer's time is unacceptable. When Luis arrived, I told him I had a coupon that was approved by the office for use for this service, and he informed me in no uncertain terms that I could NOT use the coupon due to a conflict of combining specials. I explained to him that the office had approved the use of the coupon in conjunction with the price quote on two separate occasions, and it was to be indicated on my order/account. Luis was adversarial about the issue, and went into detail about the epidemic of miscommunications between the office staff and the service staff, and described the office staff as notorious for making promises that the service staff can't live up to. He made it quite clear that this is a real problem at Zerorez! I explained to him that as the customer it is not my responsibility to coordinate between the office and the service staffs. Debating with the service technician is not the customer experience I was hoping for. I simply want the service I requested to be completed efficiently and in a courteous manner, not adversarial. I must admit, I was baffled when Luis offered to complete a "dryer duct" cleaning service for free ($250 value per Luis) to make up for his severe delay and not being able to accept my $25 coupon. How does offering a $250 value service instead of honoring a mere $25 coupon make financial sense for Zerorez? This seems to be a a loss-proposition for the company. I politely declined the service, as I just had that service completed last year. This is the second time I have used Zerorez, and the second time the service technician has not honored the promise from the office staff. Take this as an opportunity to get to the core of the problem, so a true resolution can be implemented, and your business will have real potential for growth. The best way to clean your carpet
I sent pictures of newly installed baseboards that were all marked up. And also it took a lot of vacuuming to get the stiffness in many areas and rake like marks out of the carpet. Traffic has lessened them up but there is still one faint one in the family room

Not only was Wil nice but my friends gave him rave reviews for the job he did on my carpeting. Now they brag about Wil and Zerorez to everyone who will listen and they have become believers.

I like the fact that there is no residue left behind in my carpet. The tech , Zach, was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was able to clean my carpets and make them feel like they were new again. I've used other companies in the past and will never go back. Zerorez did such a fantastic job, we are having them come back and do the upstairs carpets rather than replacing them as we originally planned. Than you for such a great job! You guys should give Zach a raise or a kudos for a great job!

I HAD BETTER SERVICE WHEN I FIRST USED THIS COMPANY. THIS TIME MANY SPOTS THAT I THOUGHT SHOULD COME UP DID NOT, NOR WAS IT ADDRESSED BY THE SERVICE MAN AS TO WHY EITHER. I JUST HAPPENED TO NOTE THREE AREAS AFTER HE LEFT WHEN CARPETS WERE MORE DRY AND I COULD GET CLOSER TO SEE.

First, you can spell my name correctly (First name removed, is correct), you spell it Barbrah the first time and Barbra the second time when the correct spelling was given to ALL at the beginning. Secondly, the first person that came to clean my carpet and Sofa didn't clean the sofa correctly and and second appointment was needed to have the sofa completely redone to remove the strips left on my expensive sofa from the first cleaning. Although the service person was great with his attempt to make things right, the supervisor Ben was not willing to make my redo job a priority the next day in the AM, insisting he could only return in the afternoon. I expressed how this wasn't good customer service for me who had just had my entire house open in the day we had 100 degrees so the cleaning was done and allowed the house to dry out as them came after noon. I at this time said i wouldn't pay for the sofa until he made it right, that making a paid up customer wait for him to go to another unpaid job was ridiculous and poor customer service. Ben then wanted to come to my house that night (mind you its 5:30pm-6pm now and re-clean the sofa himself. I said no as this was dinner time, i had had the house open all day with the heat and needed to cool down, offering him to return as early as 6am the next day. He said he needed to look at his schedule and call me back. He called back and scheduled Jose to come at 8:30 the next morning (he spent 3+ hours correcting the problem. I also showed him the cleaning solution stains (white) left by the leaking equipment from the previous days carpet cleaning, it needed to be redone to remove the heavy concentration of cleaning solution which Jose did a great job. The MOD (Brad) came to my house to bring the sofa sealer which i paid additional for and he was excellent. The recovery done by Jose and Brad restored my faith in Zerorez however Ben needs to go to customer service classes. His attitude was argumentative and combative with me which is still weighing heavy on my mind. I work in customer service for Hilton and explained to Ben the way he was not being accommodating after they made the mistake was very inconsiderate and poor customer service. Zerorez employees(Jose/Brad)would be the only ones i would allow back in my house, if i had to have Ben, i would go to another company. I will not recommend this company after my ordeal (lack of wanting to fix it right off the bat) Ben provided. I had to force him to provide customer service that was appropriate, even after explaining two seniors lived in the house and one had COPD and being in this heat was too much physically so doing another afternoon in the heat would not be accepted. The service professional arrived at my house during the specified time frame and called to notify me when he was on the way. The carpet cleaning was faster than I expected, and the results were excellent!
