My associate (Jerome?) was extremely thorough and educated on carpets!!
The representative that came out to clean my carpets, Anthony, was absolutely exceptional! In addition to patiently answering all of my questions (and I had SEVERAL...lol) he arrived at my home on time, was very respectful and EXTREMELY personable. He did an awesome job on my carpets! I cannot say enough good things about this young man. I will DEFINITELY be recommending Zerorez to everyone that I know!
It was fabulous....
My first service was fantastic! The tech. was courteous and prompt and used a rotary carpet (brush) machine while extracting. He pre-treated some areas of the carpets. The results were outstanding.
My latest service (yesterday), were lackluster. When I asked why there was no rotary(brush machine) used the tech. said that that was commercial? The tech. seemed to only want to up-sale the service. The house was empty of furnishings except for a ten by ten area of paint cans and tools on a tarp and the tech. wanted to charge to move it. It took one minute to slide it into the kitchen. The tech. complained about the paint smell (freshly painted one week prior)and said that it would probably give him a headache. The tech. did not want to clean the carpets without the pet treatment.
I will not be disparaged; I think Zerorez ultimately provides an un-comparable service, I just cannot explain why the two services were so disparate in results.
Never thought my carpets would get that clean
The technicians are very professional and committed to doing a good job. Our scheduling was not done correctly but it worked out ok.

Tech put my plants outside when he could have just as easily put them in the hall. Yesterday's wind knocked them over before we could get them back in the house. When tech saw that the project was not the standard small home, he wanted to only do part and come back another day. Tech spilled water on my wood floors and did not clean up until I requested. Tech tried to upsell me on several other services which were of dubious value. Tech charged my wife for extra rooms because our rooms were bigger than he expected. Tech did not want to move night stands and plants, just clean around them. Tech left some heavy furniture in the halls which were difficult for me to return to beginning position. This was not a happy event. Your service was recommended to us by a former decorator/friend. I plan on sharing the above with this person.
There was overspray left all over my stair railings and drips all the way out the door. I had just paid a housekeeper to clean the house immediately preceeding the arrival of your team.
Always a good job done well. That is why we have used ZerRez three times and we will call again.
Products and method worked better than any other system or company used. Excellent results were also because of the technician, Brandon. He was extremely knowledgable, efficient, professional and hard working. Zerorez was recommended to me and I will definitely recommend to others.

Service man was on time walked the house with me. I left him there and went back later the job was well done. Very happy with the results.

My technician was excellent, but I'm not sold on the product. It really didn't feel any different or look or smell any better than with a regular carpet cleaner.
There is no "crunchy" residue on the carpets and they stay cleaner longer.
I loved how clean my tile and carpet was.
Rob,the cleaner, did a wonderful job and was very nice. The rugs are really clean. This is why I use Zerorez.
So far we are pleased with the cleaning of our rugs. Jerry was an easy to work with gentleman and I was comfortable having him in our home.
Not yet ready to give you a 10 until some time passes and the rugs stay clean for a reasonable amount of time.

Jarred. He has helped me twice,and he couldn't be nicer or more professional. This last time we had a coffee mishap on my light beige carpet. He came right on time, reassuring me that he could take care of the huge spot. Within minutes he had it out! He cleaned my whole family room, and you would never know anything was wrong. I will call Zerorez every time...they (Jarred) are wonderful.

I was interested when I saw your prices vs your competitors so I decided to give you a try and I was blown away. Your tech was awesome, very professional and the carpet looks fantastic. I have 2 small kids that definantly make keeping the carpet clean a challenge but couldn't believe the life that was brought back to my carpet.
