Ray Muniz did an excellent job on my carpets and my loveseat. I have known Ray for many years and I specifically requested him for my cleaning. I would have given a 10 rating, but I was not pleased with the young lady in the office I chatted with the day of my cleaning. I called 2x and I feel the second time I called she gave me an attitude. I guess she does not know that "the customer is always right, even if the customer is wrong, they are right". She needs some guidance on how to talk to people if she is going to stay in the service industry.

The carpets are clean and the whole house smells fresh. The techs are friendly and educate you in upkeep of your rugs to extend their life.

I am not disappointed.....just confused. I received a call from a tenant at 6.30 last night stating the floor maintenance crew did not know how to get their hoses to the upper floors. I told her to tell the crew to call their supervisor....and then I waited for a call which never came. I presume work was not done....they did not know how to get to upper floors, I presume they had to code to reach janitor closet to use water source or drain. So I presume it was a new crew and needs to be rescheduled.....??
Quick and easy no issues
The various additional services were not mentioned AT ALL during my reservation phone call. What was quoted as a $95 job wound up being a $158 job after all was said and done because the guy who came to clean the carpet made it sound like it was absolutely necessary or else my carpet would smell. Having said that, the job was pretty good, although the maple syrup did not really come out of the carpet.
No residue to attract dirt to the carpet...I hope!
The tech was very professional and took the time to listen and look at our problem areas. After he completed a room he asked my husband and I go look it over abd asked if we were happy. He took his time and did a great job!
