There was an area that our pet had soiled. We paid for the pet treatment in the area. It started to smell again within a couple of hours. Now the dog is peeing in this area all the time.

Scheduling. I used your company twice and twice there were scheduling errors. The order takers did not get the time or the address correct. Also on my first order your truck broke down and I had to return to the property twice causing me much inconvenience. I asked for some consideration on the price or extra service but was denied.

Your technicians were hard workers and very polite. However, they kept pushing for me to buy more services. I am a Senior and on a fixed income.
That there was not a lot of chemical use and no lingering smell.
Pet urine removal worked great! The tec was also very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like he was overselling me or trying to take advantage of me. Was in and out and did a wonderful job.
on March 7 my Zerorez service man carefully cleaned and treated my carpet. He took the time to explain to me the condition of my carpet. Also, this gentleman took the extra step of repairing one of my kitchen drawers that needed some simple repair that i was struggling to do myself while he was here. Thank you, Zerorez for not only taking good care of my carpet, but lending and extra hand also.
