I love that my carpet is soft when it dries, not crunchy. I want to take this opportunity to mention that "Dee" was friendly and professional. He took more time cleaning my carpet than any other Zerorez representative has and it's never looked this good. Before he left he offered to help me place my furniture back where it belonged. I will continue to use Zerorez because of employees like Dee. Plus, my carpet looks awesome. Thank you, Zerorez and Dee!
The carpet looks great, even the heavily soiled spots. And our service tech worked extra hard and was very careful of our home. Even though we were the last customer at the end of his very long day, he was very pleasant and put in extra effort.
Andrew was prompt and ontime, told us ahead of starting what we could expect as to the limits that the service could provide, and did a great job with no wasted motions. Very friendly and professional.

It works!
The carpets looked great right after being clean! But after they dried there were some spots that were visible again. The technician was very nice and professional, he apologized when calling and after arriving because we were told there would be a 8-9 arrival time and he said he was sent to another job before ours. He arrived before 10 & was finished in 45 minutes. We had 5 rooms cleaned. I have already recommended the company to others, even though there were a few things that were not perfect. I will still continue to use the company in the future.

Tech could solve all my carpet issues. Smell did not cause my allergies to flare up. Carpets we still soft when they dried.

Excellent job! Cleaning was thorough leaving only a "fresh" scent. Heavily stained tile grout was cleaned to original color tan. Carpets were deep cleaned and dried. The technician, Dometrik, arrived in the time frame promised, was professional and friendly, and offered helpful suggestions about tile,grout and carpet upkeep and care.
It does seem to leave less residue and the carpet dries quicker. The technician was very professional and he was big help with a couple of items. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I have been very pleased with the service

Your staff is THE BEST!!! I received the phone call as a reminder the day prior. Also called to say he was on his way the day of our appointment. When he arrived at the door he introduced himself and reviewed what areas would need to be cleaned. He had knowledge of the products, was considerate of my concerns for the flooring, was courteous and genuinely a nice person. I would recommend your company, and would highly recommend your staff.
