Zerorez is a very professional company. The associate arrived on time, calling to let us know he was on his way. He did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!
I Think your cleaning of rugs is very expensive, the carpet was a lot cheaper. I know, it depends on the quality of the rug if they're wool you charge a lot more, but I didn't expect it to be that high.

The gentleman (DEE) who came to shampoo my carpets was wonderful...He was professional, very nice and did a great job in a short amount of time. My house feels fresh. Great Product also.
